Went up to Daybreak with Walter and Danielle and ran by my lonesome. I ran 16 miles and needed water badly after 9 miles. I had a rough, long finish and felt like passing out. But pushed through it. I wished it were longer but had Easter stuff to do.

I don't know the thought of not being able to finish Ogden, but now my foot where I had that stress fracture has been throbbing since yesterday. I sucks... Did you have a nice Easter?

Sure, I ate too much and was feeling SICK before the eating, so BAD night!!!

Sorry about your foot, dang it! Spin and forget running for a bit and hopefully it will feel better!!!
