I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

Started @ 5am this moring running in Daybreak it was way windy and that sucked, still seem to be very tired, I 'm sure it will pass

 

I did a pm spin class for 1 hour which should be at least 10 miles

Ran daybreak with Walter and Danielle today felt good until I started up the hill which sucked, hate hills but when I finished the hill I felt better and could keep running

Ran to the Taylorsville gym just over 9 miles felt great then I did 2 miles on the treadmill and then I did a hour spin class, when that was finished I was toast

Very Very tired from lack of sleep but on of those nights but it was a good run, nice weather and Walter didn't pass me even though he did a mile more than me, pretty Happy about that

Ran the Moab 1/2 this week and it is my PR for the 1/2.  Felt pretty good and at miles 6-8 I was still on the time that I was trying to get.   I felt confident that I could do it.  I added 2 minutes on the hill between 9-10 but I slowy made to the top without stopping.  Between the last three miles I added 2 minutes on,  I was trying but just got a little slower.

Ran the Riverton half marathon this morning burr were the first 8 miles cold with the head wind.  my legs were hurting and I had no energy but then..... i ate a stinger packet a little gatorade and I felt great.  The last half was a lot easier for me than the first, due mainly to that heat wind and not filling my hands and arms.  Done complaining, thought the course was fast with all the corners.  I liked it and thought it was a fun run.
