Ran the Moab 1/2 this week and it is my PR for the 1/2.  Felt pretty good and at miles 6-8 I was still on the time that I was trying to get.   I felt confident that I could do it.  I added 2 minutes on the hill between 9-10 but I slowy made to the top without stopping.  Between the last three miles I added 2 minutes on,  I was trying but just got a little slower.

Great job finishing and a PR! Hills just kill me. The first half I did was pretty flat. I dont know how I'll do if my next one has hills.

The last two miles was absolutely brutal. YOU DID GREAT!!! Wish I could have found you after, but you were nowhere to be found!! I tried, but my people wanted to leave, they were in such a hurry to get home.

Thanks Julie I felt good about my time it was a lot faster than my times have been.

Kelly I thought the last miles sucked also not sure if it was the heat and the exhaust from the semi and cars or just that it was almost over but not quite. Tommorow I am up for running that trail, I have done 2 spin classes and my legs feel tons better, I was so sore sunday and yesterday you would have thought I ran a full marathon.

Thanks marion
